A new environmental centre is being built in Nieuw-Vennep. Meerlanden, the company operating the environmental centre, has awarded KOK Environmental Storage Systems the contract for the design and construction of the hazardous household waste depot.
The deposit consists of:
🔒 Three fire-resistant walk-in safes
A reception and sorting area for waste
🏢 An office space for the administrator
To prevent harmful substances from entering the environment, the entire depot has been fitted with a containment floor. This floor is extra heavy-duty to allow for safe operation with pallet trucks and forklifts.
With this solution, we, KOK Environmental Storage Systems, contribute to safe and sustainable waste processing.
