Unilin Belgium based the design of its new chemicals park on the technology of KOK Milieuopslagsystemen. This involves placing a number of double storage containers, with sliding doors on both long sides. In addition, all systems are designed with 3 tiers to achieve more storage capacity with fewer square metres of site area. A total of 162 IBCs of 1000 litres each will be stored.
In addition, the systems are equipped with heating and climate control so that the IBCs can be stored under conditioned conditions.
