KOK Milieuopslagsystemen designs, builds and supplies prefab storage systems for the storage of hazardous substances in accordance with PGS 15.
However, PGS 15 is a guideline that also applies to structural storage facilities and storage of more than 10,000 kg per compartment.
To ensure clarity in the assessment and acceptance of pre-fabricated storage systems of up to 10,000 kg storage capacity, Efectis and Peutz, commissioned by, among others, KOK Milieuopslagsystemen, have developed an assessment guideline (BRL) that specifically addresses the requirements for such pre-fabricated storage systems. KOK Milieuopslagsystemen has had its shelving containers, walk-in vaults, horse stables, and gas cylinder storage certified in accordance with this BRL.
