At Unilin Desselgem, KOK Milieuopslagsystemen has already installed a number of rack containers with space for a total of 162 IBCs. Meanwhile, the Xtratherm branch in Feluy has also chosen rack containers from KOK Milieuopslagsystemen. These involve three K60-3 IBC PIR storage systems, built with thermally insulating panels and a total storage capacity of 72 IBCs. Because a liquid containment of 25% of the stored volume is required at this location, each rack container is equipped with a 6,000-litre drip tray. In addition, the containers feature an LG Inverter air conditioner, one of which is an ATEX version, to be able to cool or heat the substances at a constant temperature.
