In Västerås, Sweden, KOK Milieuopslagsystemen has built a heating chamber for Northvolt Labs AB. The heating chamber, measuring 21.7 x 4.7 metres with a height of 8.4 metres, was erected on-site by the engineers of KOK Milieuopslagsystemen. The volume of over 800 m³3 is maintained at a constant temperature of 45 °C, with a maximum deviation of 4%. This stringent requirement has been achieved through the use of two duct air heaters connected to fan units, each of which moves 10,000 m³ of air per hour, and a sophisticated air distribution system based on fabric ducts.
